How long will my order take to arrive?
Here's the honest answer most stores bury at the bottom of the page. We get your order moving within 1-2 business days, and it reaches most US addresses in 8-15 business days from there (up to 20 if customs runs slow). No fake "2-day" promise, just a real window you can plan around - and you can read the full shipping policy.
Where do you ship from?
Fair question, and one a lot of shops quietly dodge. We're a small, independent European company, and every order ships internationally with full tracking. We don't pretend there's a warehouse around the corner or flash a "2-day local" badge we can't honor - you get a real delivery window and a link to follow it, every single time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, and you won't have to chase us for it. Every order ships tracked, and the link lands in your inbox the moment it leaves us. The first scan can take 2-4 days to appear, so don't worry if it's quiet at the start - it's already on its way.
My order is late or tracking hasn't moved - what now?
First, take a breath - you're covered, and here's exactly how. If tracking sits still for 10 business days, or you pass the maximum delivery window, email support@toehaven.com and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. No hoops, no "please keep waiting."

What's your return policy?
Simple, and deliberately so: a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day your order arrives, for any reason at all. Changed your mind? That counts too. Every detail is in our refund policy, and there's no fine print waiting to trip you up.
Do I have to ship the item back?
Usually not, and that surprises people - so let's be clear. For most orders we refund you without asking for the item back at all; if a return is genuinely needed, we send you the address first. No mystery overseas label, no paying to post it yourself.
How fast will I get my refund?
Faster than you'd expect from a small shop. We reply within 1 business day, and once your refund is approved it goes back to your original payment method within 2 business days. After that it's down to your bank, which usually takes another 5-10 days to show on your statement.
Will you actually refund me, or just push a replacement?
This is the part other brands get wrong, so here's our word on it. It's your choice - a real refund or a replacement, whichever you actually want, never a second identical pair you didn't ask for. Email us before you open a card dispute and we'll almost always have it sorted before the bank even replies.
My order arrived damaged or wrong - what happens?
That's on us to fix, not on you to prove. Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll get a free replacement or a full refund on its way - your choice, with nothing to send back.
Sizing & fit
How do I pick the right size?
Easier than guessing in a shoe shop, we promise. Every product page has a size chart in both centimeters and inches - measure your foot length, match the band, done. For insoles you pick your US shoe-size band at checkout; the bunion corrector is one size and wraps either foot.
What if I order the wrong size?
Don't let that worry hold you back - it's the easiest thing in the world to fix. You're covered by the 30-day guarantee, so just email us and we'll sort an exchange or a refund. The wrong size is never a dead end here.
Do I need to trim the insoles?
No scissors required - that's a chore other insoles hand you, not us. They come in set sizes, so you pick yours, slip them into your shoes, and you're walking. No trimming along printed lines, no guesswork.
Are insoles sold as a pair?
Yes - one for the left foot, one for the right, every time. The multi-packs are simply several full pairs, so you'll never end up holding an odd single.
The product & what to expect
Are the insoles just thin foam?
That's exactly the worry we built these to answer. They're high-elasticity latex with a contoured arch, not flat sponge - the latex cushions each step and springs back instead of packing down flat by lunchtime. We'd rather tell you plainly what they are: a genuinely comfortable, supportive everyday insole.
Will this cure my bunion or fix my foot condition?
No - and we'll never pretend otherwise, even when it costs us the sale. These are comfort and support aids: they can ease pressure and make daily wear easier, but they don't reverse a bunion or cure plantar fasciitis or any other condition. If your pain is persistent, please see a podiatrist - that's the honest advice.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Often the very first day - but let's set the real expectation, because we'd rather you trust us than be let down. Many people feel more comfortable right away; for others it builds gradually over a week or two of regular wear. It's a comfort aid, not a magic switch.
How do I care for them, and how long do they last?
Almost no effort, which is half the appeal. Wipe them with a damp cloth, let them air dry, and they're ready to go again. Like any insole they soften with daily use over time - when the cushioning finally packs down, that's your cue to swap in a fresh pair.
Ordering, payment & getting help
What payment methods can I use?
All the ones you'd expect, and all secure. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover all run through Stripe. Checkout is encrypted and every price already includes VAT, so the number you see is the number you pay.
I was offered a second discounted pair after checkout - how does that work?
Good thing to check before you tap yes. It's an optional one-tap add-on: accept it and the extra pair joins the same order and ships together - you're never charged twice or sent two separate parcels. If anything looks off on your confirmation, email us and we'll fix it on the spot.
How do I reach a real person?
