Honest answers to the two questions everyone asks: how much and how long.

Shipping rates (US)

• Standard tracked shipping: $5.00 flat.
• Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery to US addresses typically takes 8-15 business days after processing. Occasionally customs or carrier delays can extend this to 20 business days - if that happens, your tracking link will show the latest status, and our guarantee covers you if an order doesn’t arrive.

We believe in telling you the real delivery window up front rather than surprising you after checkout. Your order confirmation email includes the same estimate, and a tracking number follows as soon as your order ships.

Order tracking

Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You’ll receive the tracking link by email; it can take 2-4 days after shipping for the first scan to appear.

Address changes & cancellations

Need to change an address or cancel? Email support@toehaven.com as soon as possible. We can usually edit or cancel any order that hasn’t shipped yet.

Lost or stalled packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us - we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full under our refund policy.
