Welcome to ToeHaven. These terms keep things clear and fair for both of us. By placing an order on this site you agree to them.

Who we are

ToeHaven (toehaven.com) is operated by a private company registered in Lithuania (European Union). Contact: support@toehaven.com. We sell to customers in the United States and worldwide; all prices are in US dollars (USD).

Products & honest claims

Our products are comfort and support aids for bunion-prone feet. They are not medical devices prescribed for treatment, and we make no claim that any product cures, reverses, or prevents bunions (hallux valgus) or any other condition. Content on this site is not medical advice - if you have persistent foot pain, numbness, or a worsening deformity, please consult a podiatrist or physician.

Orders & payment

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal); we never see or store your full card details. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil - for example a pricing error or stock issue - and will tell you promptly if so.

Pricing & promotions

Strike-through “was” prices reflect the product’s standard list price on this site. Promotional discounts and bundle pricing can change or end at any time without notice; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Shipping

Delivery estimates, rates, and the free-shipping threshold are described in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns & refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is described in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The ToeHaven name, site content, and product copy belong to us or our licensors. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any non-waivable consumer rights in your place of residence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania unless mandatory law gives you the right to your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
