We want you to feel confident trying ToeHaven. If a product isn’t right for you, here’s exactly how returns and refunds work - in plain English.
30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund, for any reason. If the splint isn’t comfortable for you, or you simply changed your mind, that’s reason enough.
How to request a refund
- Email support@toehaven.com with your order number.
- Tell us briefly what didn’t work - this helps us improve, but it never disqualifies you.
- We reply within 1 business day with the next steps. For most orders we issue the refund without requiring a return shipment; if a return is needed, we’ll provide the address.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund - your choice. No return shipment needed.
Order didn’t arrive?
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, contact us - we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.
A note on chargebacks
Please reach out to us first - we resolve almost every issue faster than a bank dispute, and we honor our guarantee without quibbling.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.
